Having installed the front-end servers, you have enabled users running Outlook Web Access to connect to their mailboxes. You have also created SMTP front-end servers that can deliver mail to other domains on the Internet, either for your own domain or on behalf of your customers. Your next step is to configure the external DNS so that your customers’ users can connect to your hosted environment by host name.
