Use this list to crystallize your thinking about an entrepreneur. After you have gotten to know him or her, go through the list and circle the adjectives that best describe the entrepreneur. After you have been in the investment for a while, go back and select traits again. Very likely, they won’t be the same. You may want to rate your entrepreneur and the team every quarter. This is one of the qualitative methods of tracking an investment.
