Controlling Your View of the Site Structure

When you’re first setting up a Web site’s structure, you’ll spend a lot of time in navigation view. For that very reason, FrontPage gives you lots of choices when using the navigation view. You can look at the entire structure or just a portion. You can zoom in or out when viewing the site, or flip the view from vertical to horizontal. Whether you view the site vertically or horizontally simply depends on which makes more sense for you—there’s no right or wrong.

To collapse the site structure

• While in navigation view, click a page’s icon to hide every page below it (Figure 3.29). All pages below the icon will disappear from view (Figure 3.30).
