Synchronizing Email Accounts

It’s likely that you’ve got at least one email account already set up in either your Mac’s Mail application or your Windows PC’s email program (such as Microsoft Outlook). If so, it’s also likely that you want to use that same account on your iPhone. You can create email accounts directly on the iPhone (as described in the next section), but it’s a lot easier to use iTunes to synchronize your email account with your iPhone.
