Organizing Your Books

Like to read a lot? You aren’t alone. I’m sure many people gather massive collections of e-books on their iPads. Fortunately, iBooks includes a few ways to organize your books.

1.	Go to your iBooks main page—your Library.
2.	Tap the Edit button. [View full size image]
3.	Tap the X in the upper-left corner of a book to delete it.
4.	Tap and hold your finger over a book to drag it to a new position in the library.
5.	Tap the List View button. [View full size image]
6.	Now you can see a vertical list of your books. Scroll up and down by dragging and flicking.
7.	Tap the Titles, Authors, and Categories buttons at the bottom of the screen to change the order of the list.
8.	Use the search field to search your library. [View full size image] Another Way to Delete You can also delete books in list view by swiping from left to right across the title of a book. A Delete button appears to the right. Tap it to delete the book.
