The Clock App Does More Than Tell Time
Both the Lock screen and Home screen always display the current time. By default, your iPhone determines the time by accessing the wireless network when you make a call or access the Web. Within the Settings app, however, you can turn on a 24-hour clock or turn off the iPhone’s ability to automatically set the time. If you turn off this feature, you are prompted to enter the date and time manually, plus select your time zone.
Tip
To adjust the Clock-related options, launch the Settings app. From the main Settings menu, tap the General option. From the General menu screen, scroll down to the Date & Time option and tap it. The Date & Time menu screen is displayed.
