App-Specific Settings

The previously shown settings relate to the iPhone itself, iOS 5, and the default apps. But every app you install yourself will also have options. You can find these at the end of the Settings menu in a separate section.

All apps you install yourself that have their own settings will be listed at the end of the Settings menu.

So if you, for example, select Skype, you can access all the settings concerning this app in its own section.

The Skype app also has a comprehensive Settings page, just like many other third-party apps.
