Friends

Find My Friends is a new iOS 5 utility that you can download from the App Store. This app gives your current location to anyone who you give approval to. Likewise, you can ask your friends with iPhones running iOS 5 to offer you access to their locations. Siri and Find My Friends make it easy to find out where your friends and relatives are at any point and time.

To find those folks, you don’t need to launch Find My Friends. Just ask Siri, and it’ll tell you the location of a particular person or all of your friends by displaying a map (see Figure 3-11).

You can use quite a few Siri phrases to check the whereabouts of your buddies. Here are some examples that demonstrate friend-finding capabilities:
