Safari Books Online is a digital library providing on-demand subscription access to thousands of learning resources.
At this time, although we’re pretty sure this will change in the near future, Siri cannot tweet directly (see Figure 6-1), or connect with Google+, or interface with many other similar services. That functionality just isn’t built in yet.

This doesn’t mean you can’t work around this limitation. Twitter has built-in support (see https://support.twitter.com/articles/14226-how-to-find-your-twitter-short-code-or-long-code) for sending updates by SMS.
Create a Twitter contact in your address book and add its SMS code (40404 in the United States). Send a text (using Siri or otherwise) with the word start. This allows you to begin the process of associating your username and credentials with your phone number. Once established, you can use Siri to tweet via SMS.
