    C.16. Troubleshooting Tests

    At some point, you may encounter a problem so severe that you have to reach out to Palm or Sprint for help. A tech support agent may ask you to run some diagnostic tests.

    The Pre includes two kinds of tests: quick and interactive. To get to either, go to the Launcher and tap Device Info→More Info (which you have to scroll down to see). Tap the application menu, and then tap either Quick Tests or Interactive Tests.
