Changing Advanced Wi-Fi Settings and Removing Networks
Most Wi-Fi networks are set up so that connecting is easy and simple. However, certain networks—and this is particularly true of corporate secured networks—may require you to use different settings, such as proxy server configuration, before you can connect to them. Follow these steps to enter the Advanced Wi-Fi settings, entering any values your network administrator may provide:
Turn on your phone and unlock the screen.
Tap the Arrow button to bring up your list of applications and then tap settings (see Figure 7–1).
Tap and hold on the name of the Wi-Fi network you want to configure. If you haven't connected to this network before, you may be prompted for a password. If you are connected, then you'll see a screen similar to the one shown in Figure 7–13.
