Have faith that something even better is waiting for you. I know, that's easier said than done, especially when the stakes are high, your mortgage payment is due, and your kids are college-bound. But I know you'll agree with me on these two points: Even though we spend our careers hiring others, we HR professionals are just as nervous and lost as the next person when it comes to job hunting. And, any time you go looking for a job, you're going to get discouraged more than you're going to be encouraged.
