Participants articulate key learning points from your training session and make commitments on how they plan to put the most important “aha” moment to use.

Objectives

• To help learners articulate what was most important or meaningful to them during training
• To provide an opportunity for learners to share their “aha” moments

Audience

Any size group that has completed a training session together

Time Estimate

15 to 20 minutes for an average size group, about 30 seconds per person

Materials and Equipment

• PowerPoint slide or flip chart with three statements pre-printed on them:
  • One thing that surprised me was . . .
  • Starting tomorrow, I will . . .
  • I plan to tell someone that . . .
• A means to display the slide
