Meir Russ received his PhD in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and international business and his MA in Organizational Behavior/Theory from The Ohio State University. He also has an MBA and a BScEE from Tel Aviv University. He is currently an associate professor, the Frederick E. Baer Professor in Business, and the Chair of the Masters of Management program with the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Dr. Russ teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in management and marketing. He also teaches at BEM-Bordeaux School of Management and at the University of Pisa, GSA Master program. His research interests include knowledge-based strategies, the use of knowledge management for hospital preparedness, the new-knowledge based economic development, and human capital valuation methods among others. In addition to his academic focus, Dr. Russ serves in a consulting capacity with a number of multinational companies in the area of global strategic management and knowledge management and he chairs the incubator committee at the Green Bay Chamber Advance Board. Dr. Russ has provided reviews for numerous conferences and journals since 1992, and has presented and published numerous refereed presentations and papers. Dr. Russ joined the AIMB Advisory Board in April 2007 and is the founding editor of The International Journal of Management and Business (IJMB). Dr. Russ also serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Asia-Pacific Business.

Ozlem Bak is a senior lecturer at University of Brighton, United Kingdom, and currently teaches supply chain management, and operations related subjects. Her principal research interest is in the area of automotive manufacturing operations management and especially on e-business related value-shifts within the automotive supply chains. She has publications in the area of supply chain management, collaboration and knowledge management practices in e-supply chains. Before joining academia she worked in Multinational Automotive Corporations and on project management for companies in professional sectors in Germany, United Kingdom, and Turkey. Research interests: supply chain management, e-business applications, marketspace, transformation, automotive industry.

Montserrat Boronat-Navarro is a lecturer in Strategic Management and Operations Management at Jaume I University in Castellón (Spain). She received her PhD in November 2007 with Cum Laude qualification. She has been visiting researcher at London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests include knowledge development, dynamic capabilities, innovation, strategic alliances, and organizational structure. She has published chapters in international books and articles in Organization Studies and also in Spanish academic publications. She has presented her research in several international conferences organized by different associations such as European Academy of Management or European Group for Organization Studies.

César Camisón-Zornoza, Bachelor of Economic and Business Sciences (1980) with Extraordinary Prize, and PhD in Economics and Business Sciences on (1984) with Cum Laude and Extraordinary Prize, both by University of Valencia. Professor in Business Administration at University Jaume I of Castellón. He has an experience from 25 years in teaching, researching and university management, which he has developed in some Spanish Universities, and as Visiting Professor in different European and American Universities (Surrey, Universitá Commerciale Luigi Bocconi de Milán, Viena University, Université de Montpellier I, Texas A&M University). His fields of expertise are strategic management, intangible assets and dynamic / innovation capabilities, firm as a knowledge and learning organization, strategic alliances and competitive dynamic inside inter-organizational networks and industrial districts. He has published more of 60 books as author, co-author or coordinator by publishers as Prentice-Hall, Elsevier Science, John Wiley & Sons, Information Science Reference, Idea Group Publishing, Sage, Routledge, and Office for Oficial Publications of the European Communities. He has published articles in closely 100 journals as Environment and Planning A, Organization Studies, International Marketing Review, and International Business Review.

Kalotina Chalkiti (PhD Candidate) investigates staff turnover in the Australian accommodation sector. Her work looks at how hospitality businesses that operate in dynamic labour environments can remain both operational and competitive. She contributes to academic discourse by researching turnover from a qualitative perspective aiming to draw out the knowledge management and social networking effects staff turnover has on remaining employees. She is supervised by researchers from both Charles Darwin University (Australia) and the University of Melbourne (Australia); while sustains active co-authorship ties with researchers from the University of the Aegean (Greece). Kalotina has published her work in international peer reviewed scientific journals (e.g. Advances in Hospitality and Leisure, Current Issues in Tourism) co-authored with researchers from both Greece and Australia. Her research interests are social networks, knowledge sharing and staff turnover in hospitality businesses located in remote and peripheral tourism destinations.

Jesús D. Sánchez de Pablo is Assistant Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. He teaches courses on Production Management and Business Administration at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences in Ciudad Real, Spain. His research mainly focuses on strategic alliances, knowledge management and organizational learning. He recently obtained his PhD from the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

Eleonora Di Maria is Assistant professor of business management at the University of Padua and Internationalization Head of Unit of the TeDIS Center. She has been involved in many national and international projects focused on innovation technology, industrial districts and local development. Her present research interests concern the internationalization process of SMEs and local economic systems and upgrading process of firms specializing in traditional industries.

Mario J. Donate is Assistant Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Ciudad Real, Spain. He teaches courses on Strategic Management, Ethics and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. His research mainly focuses on knowledge management, strategic alliances, innovation and social responsibility issues. He obtained his PhD from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and his works have been published in specialised journals and books.

Hongwei Du is an associate professor of Information Technology Management in the College of Business and Economics at California State University, East Bay. He holds a PhD in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology and a MS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. Dr. Du possesses a broad knowledge in a wide range of areas. This has qualified him to teach and conduct research in multiple disciplines. His current research interests are artificial intelligence, database, electronic commerce, decision support systems, information technology management, computer networking and telecommunications. His works have been published in International Journal of Innovation and Learning, International Journal of Electronic Healthcare, Journal of Economic Studies, and Journal of Communications of the IIMA.

Ron DuPlain is a Co-Founder of Espresso Labs. He also currently serves as a software and Systems Engineer at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. In this role, he applies agile development to web applications and telescope instrumentation. He also contributes to FPGA development at the Robert G. Byrd Green Bank Telescope (GBT) in Green Bank, WV, which is an initiative that he introduced to the Observatory. Ron has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where he studied hardware systems, simulations, VLSI microchip design, and software engineering. He is completing an M.E. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia. His current research interest is exploring and developing novel content management systems that develop effective socio-technical communities.

Robert Fineman has over 25 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors in the areas of Project Management, Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Re-Engineering, and Quality Assurance. He has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, government, health-care, and manufacturing. Much of his work has concentrated on the implementation of new IT systems and upgrading or re-engineering business processes to incorporate new systems and functionality into existing processes.

Thomas Ginter is currently the Director of Support Services for Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is responsible for all aspects of Building and Grounds, Food and Dietary Services, Housekeeping, and Telecommunications. He performs liaison duties with Aurora Health Care Corporate service departments of Distribution Management and Clinical Engineering. Other roles he serves for Aurora BayCare Medical Center include Emergency Management Coordinator, Life Safety Officer, Hazardous Waste Emergency Response Coordinator, along with Environment of Care Coordinator and Safety Officer. He began his medical career in the US Army as a medical equipment repair specialist. Mr. Ginter has been in leadership since 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Master of Science Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He is an Academy Fellow through the Health Care Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.

Fátima Guadamillas is Professor of Strategic Management at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences in Toledo, Spain. She has a degree in Economics and obtained her PhD from the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She coordinates the MBA on Human Resources Management of this University. She teaches courses at the degree level on strategic and general management and on knowledge management, innovation and strategic management at the MBA and PhD levels. Her research focuses on innovation, knowledge management strategies and ethics and social responsibility in businesses. Her works have been published in specialised journals and books.

Jeannette K. Jones, RCC, is an associate professor and lead faculty member with American Intercontinental University (AIU) - Main Campus in the Master of Education program with concentration responsibilities in the Instructional Design and Instructional Technology content area. Prior to joining AIU, she was responsible for curriculum design of graduate and undergraduate programs and online faculty development instruction at the university level. Her research and publication interests include knowledge management strategies and technologies; online learning theory, practice, and design; coaching methodologies; and breast cancer survivor skills. In addition to her academic credentials, Dr. Jones is a Registered Corporate Coach certified through the World Association of Business Coaches. She serves on the Board of Directors for Star Charities, Inc., is a member of Association for Educational Communications & Technology (AECT), American Association of University Women (AAUW), Berea Women's Club, Berea Arts Council, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Community Chairperson- Cub Scout Pack 77, Chairperson, Madison Southern High School Tennis Boosters, and Women on Wheels. She volunteers as a guest lecturer for the American Cancer Society, Gear Up, and Women Supporting Women. Dr. Jones received her BS in Human Resource Management from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, her MBA from Averett University in Danville, Virginia, and her Ed.D in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Amit Karna is an Assistant Professor for Services Management with the Department of Strategy Organization and Leadership at the European Business School, Germany. Amit completed his PhD from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad's Business Policy area. He is involved in teaching courses like Management, Strategic Change, and International Strategy at European Business School. His research interests include development of organizational capabilities, knowledge management in service firms, and internationalization of firms from emerging economies. He has published in journals and conference proceedings, and presented his research at various conferences in the fields of management, strategy and knowledge management. Prior to his doctoral studies, he has an MBA and worked in the industry for five years.

Pengtao Li is an Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems in the College of Business Administration at the California State University, Stanislaus. He earned his PhD degree in Decision Science and Information Systems from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. His current research interests include human computer interaction, technology applications in learning and decision making, and e-commerce. He has published in various journals such as Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, International Journal of Information Management and Journal of Electronic Commerce Research. His teaching activities include database management, system analysis and design, and system administration.

Xun Li is assistant professor of operations management at Nicholls State University. Her current research interests include work design in supply chains, supply chain agility, the effects of inter-organizational systems on supply chain performance, and privacy/security issues in information sharing. Carolina López-Nicolás is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Finance at the University of Murcia, Spain. She has been a visiting professor at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands and Michigan State University in USA. Her current teaching and research relates to knowledge management, information systems, business strategy and mobile communications. She has published on these topics in such journals as the Information & Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Information Management, International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, International Journal of e-Collaboration, among others.

Diana Luck is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing Communications within the London Metropolitan Business School at London Metropolitan University. She has been involved with the services industry since 1989. Her career started in the hotel and tourism industry. She then moved into Project Management and Marketing. She also worked in telecommunications and in consulting services. She left the industry for the academic arena at the beginning of 2002. Since 2001, her research interests and consultancy work have focused on Customer Relationship Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her current research is exploring the links between Customer Relationship Management and emerging key areas of business.

Philip Mattek is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and his Masters Degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He is a member of Sigma Beta Delta – the International Honor Society for Business, Management, and Administration. He was honored by them as a Fellowship Award Recipient in 2008, He is also a member of St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center Community Advisory Council and Business Advisory Council.

Ángel L. Meroño-Cerdán is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Murcia in Spain. He holds a Master in Business and Foreign Trade including a three months training at USA-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in New York and a PhD in Business Administration (University of Murcia, Spain). He has published in International Journal of Information Management, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Electronic Business/, among others. His teaching and research are related to information systems, knowledge management and e-business.

Stefano Micelli is Associate professor of innovation technology at the Ca' Foscari University, Dean of Venice International University and Director of the TeDIS Center. He is also President of COSES (Consortium for Research and Training, Venice). He coordinated many national and international projects in the fields of ICT, local economic development and competitiveness of firms and regions. For many years his research has been focusing on the impacts of information technologies on business competitiveness, internationalization of industrial districts and design.

Riccardo Paterni is the Founder and President of Professione Lavoro ® by Knowledge for Action and Action for Knowledge; a network of professionals operating since 1999 in Europe and the US. He develops and coordinates innovative consulting and training projects focusing on Organizational and Human Capital development. He is the editor of two web-magazines: Knowledge For Action.info (English language) and SaperePerFare.it (Italian language). He is the author of articles published on Italian management magazines and editor of the Italian edition of US management books. In 2009 he has coauthored the book published in Italy by the title "Rugby. From the Game Field to the Company Field. Going beyond simple team work dynamics"; the book focuses on the ethical, participative and shared leadership dimension of rugby relating it directly to organizational practices needed to compete within a complex changing global economy.

Nicole Radziwill is a Co-Founder of Espresso Labs. She is also a faculty member in the Integrated Science & Technology (ISAT) Department at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Regis University, Denver, CO, and a Ph.D. in Technology Management and Quality Systems from Indiana State University. Nicole has 15 years of industry experience at the senior and executive levels of start-ups, professional services organizations, and national laboratories. She is a 2009 National Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and is a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate. She is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), where she is Chair-Elect of the Software Division, and a reviewer for Software Quality Professional and Journal of Industrial Technology.

Jane Root is currently Administrator of Clinic Operations for Aurora Health Care's medical group in their Green Bay, Wisconsin market. She is responsible for all aspects of the medical group practice for 20 clinic sites in 5 counties throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. Ms. Root has been in leadership roles with Aurora since July of 2001. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and her Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. In 2006, she completed the 18-month Academy Fellowship Program through the Health Care Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.

Ramendra Singh is a PhD candidate in the Marketing, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His current research interests include salesperson's customer orientation, salesperson's performance, consumers' social well-being and marketing at the bottom of the pyramid. Ramendra has published in several international refereed journals including The Marketing Review, Journal of Medical Marketing, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics. Ramendra is a 2008 AMA-Sheth Doctoral Consortium fellow, and his research has been presented or accepted for several international conferences including 2009 Winter and Summer AMA Educators Conferences, 2008 EMAC Doctoral Colloquium, and the 2008 Academy of Marketing Conference.

Lars Taxén, (Associated Professor) received his M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 1968. Between 1968 and 2003 he was employed at the Ericsson Telecommunication Company, where he held several positions related to processes and information systems for hardware and software design. From 1995 on he was engaged in the development and implementation of incremental development methods for large, globally distributed software development projects. The experiences from this work were reported in his PhD thesis "A Framework for the Coordination of Complex Systems' Development" (2003). In 2007 he became an associated professor at Linköping University in Sweden. He has published in various conference proceedings and journals and is now active as a researcher and consultant.

Sanjay Verma is a member of Computers and Information System group at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is a Fellow of Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta with specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Operations Research. Sanjay has an MBA in Marketing and Finance. His teaching interests are in Information System, Business Strategy, and Knowledge Management. Prior to his FPM, he has experience in the field of sales and marketing. He started his academic career with IMS Bikaner and later on taught at XIM Bhubaneswar. He is a regular faculty to various companies in India engaged in Insurance, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure etc. He has published papers and participated in conferences in India and abroad. Sanjay is also actively involved in consulting organizations engaged in the field of health, insurance, infrastructure and social sector. He has done significant work in understanding KM implementation process in organizations, and has written cases on KM implementation process in Infosys Technologies Ltd., Tata Steel and ONGC.

Daniel J. Worden is a principal with The RuleSmith Corporation. He has defined, designed, deployed and tuned communications based information systems since 1982. He has authored five books on a range of technologies including databases, storage networks, and Java. He has worked extensively with business requirements gathering and communication of strategies, priorities and constraints throughout organizations. His research for the past several years into new technologies, emerging techniques for business process management and agile alignment of IT with business strategy is also published in The Decision Model – A Framework for Business Logic and Business Driven SOA (Auerbach Press 2009, Von Halle et. al.) and Adaptive Cloud Computing (CRC Press 2010, Worden).

Jiming Wu is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at California State University, East Bay. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky. His research interests include knowledge management, Internet-based business applications and IT acceptance, and computer and network security. He has published (or forthcoming) more than a dozen papers in MIS Quarterly, The DATA BASE for Advances in Information Systems, Information Systems Frontiers, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, and elsewhere.
