RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The central aim of this chapter is to propose a theoretical discussion, strengthened by an empirical survey, of the existence of some typical evolutional processes in the implementation of an intranet. If that is true, these typical increasing paths could be used as a dynamic variable for organizational design and can effect strong managerial implications. Carrying out empirical research on ICT topics presents various factors of complexity.
