If you're interested in business innovation then it's well worth reading. The examples offered contained useful insights which I have drawn on.

I felt that some points were repeated multiple times in different contexts in a way that seemed to be padding the text rather than providing useful additional reinforcement, and at times the language veered into 'consultantspeak'.
