You should be aware of the Properties panel (Figure 9-11) that pops up when you right-click on the OpenGL control during program execution. By default the Properties panel is active when you create an OpenGL control. You can disable this panel as explained in the section Setting OpenGL Attributes above. This pop-up panel is built into the OpenGL control and allows you to change the attributes of the OpenGL control at run-time. At run-time you can use the Properties panel to override the OpenGL attributes that you had set through the software. Other attributes that were not specified in the software can also be changed using the Properties panel. Click on the tabs on Properties panel to change the settings on the various dialog windows that appear. The plotted data display is changed after you click on the Apply command button.
