Chapter 12. Freedom Is Fulfilling

Freedom comes first when we recognize, or "re-cognize," who we are. Greater freedom comes when we realize what we can become. Everyone has the freedom to master the 108 skills and to earn the attribution "natural born leader." The process requires regular and consistent effort over a long period of time. Exceptional leaders take the journey with enthusiasm and a clear recognition of the challenges.
