Emerging technology markets provide huge opportunities for enterprising entrepreneurs. The excitement is contagious and can turn traditional technology markets upside down. Entrepreneurs are looking for instant fame and fortune, venture capitalists are looking for returns on investment, and customers are looking for quick solutions, or "silver bullets." But these silver bullet markets fade as quickly as they start. When you are caught up in one of these whirlwinds, make sure you remain levelheaded, and use the market momentum to prepare for the future.
