While exclusion instills fear, inclusion engenders excitement and optimism about what the future holds. There are three leadership practices that bring everyone into the fold.

Share Power and Perspectives

Innolect partners gave up part of the ownership—not necessarily of company stock, but of ideas and accomplishment. They made a concerted effort to get past their own egos. “We give feedback on how our people push a selfish agenda. Some people have been good independent contributors but have not brought people in to collaborate, and have missed experiencing what this is about; they missed an opportunity to grow our business.
