The Value Proposition

Compensation is a reward for producing results. The value of the result must exceed the amount of the reward, or the company loses money. This is a simple concept, right? Then how is it that so many companies have people on their payrolls who are "overpaid"?

Here are some of reasons why compensation and results get out of synch. Leaders
