8.1	How You Behave Affects Your Team The most successful teams have energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and hard-driving leaders.
8.2	Leaders Set an Example for Their Teams You cannot expect your team to be any more committed or to work any harder than you do.
8.3	Learn to Avoid the Symptoms of Poor Leadership Your team needs leadership, wants leadership, and will gladly help you to provide that leadership.
8.4	Leadership Must Be Earned Leaders have followers, and what attracts followers is a challenging and rewarding goal.
8.5	Strive to Be a Transformational Leader Get people excited about a goal, and convince them to follow you to achieve it.
8.6	Leaders Are Made by Their Circumstances You do not have to solve every problem, but you must make sure that the right steps are taken to find a solution.
8.7	Leading from Below Even if you see lots of annoying issues, address those that will really impact the job and don’t complain about the others. Keep doing this, and you will make a difference.
