"A lifeline for complexity management" - by Jerry Webb on 17-OCT-2011

I've found this book highly useful in visualising a complex system that I'm working on as a solutions architect, after attempts to get people to talk me through it or to document how it works broke down.  Nobody wants to feel that they don't get something that's obvious to the presenter. The antidote to that is this book. The visual approach to sharing concepts and getting people engaged in the material really does work, and pays dividends. The book demystifies something that many of us are too shy to tackle in front of an audience and presents a confidence building approach to running envisioning workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Highly recommended.
