Introduction Welcome to the second edition of Brilliant Negotiations. The first edition has stood the test of time very well indeed, but about 25 per cent of new material has been added. Two major new areas have been added. I have written a new chapter titled How to become a brilliant negotiator. This explains the techniques you can use to improve your negotiating skills, and having improved them how you can keep those skills honed. It will be useful for both complete novices and for those who already have some practical experience of negotiations.
