Hao Shen is a Senior IT Specialist in China. He has 11 years of experience as a z/OS system programmer. His areas of expertise include z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, GDPS, and storage subsystems. Martin Soellig is a Consultant IT Specialist at the Field Technical Sales Support in Germany. He has 19 years of experience working in the System z and zSeries servers field. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Hamburg. His areas of expertise include z/OS and System z hardware, particularly in Parallel Sysplex and GDPS environments. Ray Takabe is an I/T Specialist in Canada. He has six years of experience working in the Remote Technical Support Center supporting System z hardware and since 2004 has been supporting a large System z customer on site. His areas of expertise include System z, GDPS, Parallel Sysplex, connectivity, and SAN.
