What policies related to ethics should a site have? What are the additional ethical responsibilities of SAs and others with privileged technical access? This chapter discusses both of these issues.

Ethics, the principles of conduct that govern a group of people, are different from morals. Morals are a proclamation of what is right and good, a discussion that is beyond the scope of this book.
