Using Outline View
Outline view (Figure 2.27) displays an outline of your presentation that includes the slide titles and any main text, such as bulleted items. Optionally, you can hide or collapse part of the outline so that you see only the slide titles. Outline view is ideal for seeing the structure of your presentation and for reordering slides.
