Printing Views

One way to share your project task list with others is to print a task view, such as the Gantt Chart, PERT, or Calendar. Before you print a view, however, it's important that you prepare the view, set up the print options, and preview what the printout will look like.

As in all Windows applications, the print commands are located on the File menu. The Page Set up command defines page orientation, headers, footers, and so on, for printed views. The Print Preview and Print commands are used to print views. In addition to using the File menu, you can access the Print Pre view and Print commands through buttons on the Standard toolbar.
