Examining Notes Using the Find Toolbar

After you conduct a search, the Find toolbar appears. You can use the buttons on this toolbar to examine the notes that were found:

• To move from note to note, click the Previous Match or Next Match button.

  

• To display a list of notes, click the View List button. The Page List task pane opens. Click a note on the task pane to view it. (See “Sorting and Arranging Notes”, later in this chapter for more information about examining notes in the Page List task pane.)

  

• To move from page to page, click a highlighted page tab to view a note on a different page.

• To close the Find toolbar and remove the highlights from notes, click the Clear Find Highlighting button.
