1.2. Getting Firefox
All you need in order to get Firefox is an Internet connection and a modicum of patience that can be exercised as it downloads. Firefox 1.0 for Windows is only 4.7MB—about the size of an MP3 file. Depending on your Operating System (or OS), you may have alternative ways to obtain Firefox via your OS-specific packaging system (for example, Debian's apt-get).
