Checking for Comments

If you are using one or more shared reviews, specify some preferences to keep track of the process. Choose Edit > Preferences (Acrobat > Preferences), and choose Tracker from the category list at the left of the Preferences dialog. Shared Review and Form Data Collection share settings:

• Check for new comments and form data at a specified time frame, ranging from every hour to never.

• Specify a time to suspend the checks for comments and form data, ranging from 1 month to never.

• Select the notifications you want to see—in the system tray, inside Acrobat, or both. By the way, the notification options are shown on the Tracker window as well.

Choose any of the time intervals by dragging the sliders. Click OK to close the Preferences dialog.
