27.4. Converting PDF to HTML

In Chapter 9, I talked about exporting PDFs to a number of different file forms using the Save As command and the new Export task button. In that chapter, you find a summary of the attributes for exporting documents from PDF including exports to HTML. In this chapter, I move forward a little and cover exporting to HTML in a little more depth.

At the onset, let me say that Adobe hasn't done much with the exports to HTML features in Acrobat. With the exception of adding an Export task button in Acrobat 8, the options you have for exporting to HTML in Acrobat 8 are identical to the options you had in Acrobat 6 and 7 Standard and Professional.
