Even though Publisher 2002 provides several easy-to-use publication types and design sets, sometimes it's easier to start from scratch. For example, you may have an idea of how you want the document to look, and none of the templates or predesigned forms suit you. Or, you might just be one of those people who thinks better facing a blank sheet rather than when facing one that illustrates someone else's ideas.
