Printing, Publishing, and Exporting Information from OneNote

OneNote is designed first and foremost as a personal productivity application. But occasionally you’ll want to share information from OneNote with other people. You can do that in a variety of ways, including printing all or part of a notebook, sending one or more pages as an email attachment, or saving OneNote pages in a different file format.

Printing OneNote Pages

The simplest option for getting notebook pages out of OneNote is to make printed copies. You’ll find two useful options (Print and Print Preview) on the File menu, but don’t click either one until you decide exactly what you want to print. You can print a single page, a group of pages, or all pages in the current section. If a page in your notebook requires more than one printed page, OneNote takes care of splitting it up for you.
