Changing the Look of OneNote Pages

Any new page you create in OneNote picks up the formatting assigned to it by the default page template. In a clean install of OneNote, this template is blank, and so new pages have a plain white background, with a page title and no lines or rules.

You can adjust any of the settings for the current page by choosing File, Page Setup, which opens the Page Setup task pane shown in Figure 22.7.
