Formatting and Printing PivotTables

When your selection lies within a PivotTable, Excel adds two tabs to the Ribbon, Options and Design. On the Design tab, you’ll find a gallery of PivotTable styles. Like other types of styles in Excel 2007, these are well-designed combinations of colors and other formatting attributes, all linked to the current theme. You can change the appearance of your table dramatically by selecting a different style from the gallery.
