2.2. Creating New Documents

Office gives you several ways to issue a command; it’s up to you to decide which is your favorite. You almost always have a choice between the File menu, shortcut keys, and buttons on the Standard toolbar, shown in Figure 2-3. If you find yourself wondering what a toolbar button does, just move your cursor over the button. After a second or two, you see a text description.
