Although the work you hold may seem to be the result of a few, it truly requires the support of many. I am deeply grateful for all those who both directly and indirectly contributed to the completion of this book.

My heartfelt thanks goes first, and always, to my wife. Without her unrequiting support, this book would not have been completed. With her help I was able to find much-needed calm in the middle of the inevitable ruckus of having children. I owe deep gratitude to both her family and mine for all of their help along the way.

I also would like to thank the many people at New Riders Publishing who helped with this book. It is always a pleasure to work with you all. Hopefully, some day I will have a chance to shake some of the many unseen hands that have contributed to getting this work into print.

Many thanks go to the outstanding technical editors on this project, Craig Cumberland and Rob Harper. Craig's constructive commentary and technical input on Microsoft Terminal Server were essential in ensuring the accuracy of the writing. Rob's extensive real-world Citrix experience was invaluable and helped provide important insight and balance to the book.

Last but far from least, I would like to thank all those I work with at Southern Wine & Spirits who helped along the way. Although my first book was an overly intense effort done solely after-hours, on this book I was graciously granted the time off I needed. Thanks goes to Bobby Burg, Jose Curtis, and Richard Talboy for their trust in me and their untiring support. In addition, many thanks go to the people on the Network and Windows Systems groups at Southern who did an outstanding job of covering for me in my absence.
