Summary

In this chapter, we looked at making backups. First, you saw how to verify where your personal and other vital data is stored. Then we looked at how Pybackpack can be used to back up system configuration and personal data, and to restore data from your backup. Finally, you learned how to use tar at the command line to back up any kind of data.

In the next chapter, we'll look at how tasks can be scheduled to occur at various times under Fedora.
