The BizTalk Administration Console is one of three methods of administering BizTalk Server, the others being the BTSTask command-line tool and various scripting/programmability application programming interfaces (APIs). Ideally, many routine/repeatable tasks are driven through command line and scripts when administering BizTalk, but the Administration Console remains the primary tool for troubleshooting and ad hoc configuration tasks.
