10.6. Working with E-mail Templates
Templates can be used to quickly create documents that include information from records in Dynamics CRM. Many organizations expend a tremendous amount of time rekeying data into documents that already exists in their customer databases — templates can play an important role in eliminating this redundant data entry.
You can find the list of templates in the Settings area of Dynamics CRM. Four different types of templates are available. We will discuss e-mail templates here.
