Now we are getting serious. All has been said, all has been done, now it only takes a little push before the thing goes live.

Plan your steps

One last time in our project, we begin with planning the activities. Deployment is a joint effort of customer and consultant; it’s a phase where all the people involved in the project join forces, so it takes twice as much planning as it took in previous phases.
