Using Drop-Down Lists and List Boxes

Chapter 2 introduced the use of a drop-down Currency list in data entry mode, but none of the sample forms that you’ve worked with so far in design mode include drop-down lists. The NWOrdersEC.xsn template and its element-centric data source have fields—such as ShipVia and EmployeeID—that lend themselves to selection by drop-down lists. Figure 6-8 shows a preview of NWOrdersEC.xsn with default data supplied by the 11066.xml source document. Each section of the form represents a data source group: CustomerInfo, OrderInfo, and LineItems.
