I had several issues with this 1527 page tome.

First, I would assume from the title (Unleashed) that this is an advanced book, yet the first seven chapters are all introductory material for SharePoint.

Second, there are very few working examples, and certainly no real world examples to show one how certain features might apply to a business. The book is downright boring without examples, and it's a real chore to work through it.

Third, a lot of space is wasted in comparing SP 2007 to SP 2010. It really would have helped to have these items separate (back of chapter?) from the main text. It was a real waste of time for someone who has not used SP 2007 Designer. The same thing applies to the bits comparing Designer and Browser Customization abilities.

Last, the book is just not well organized. It jumps around a lot, between working with specific components and performing a type of task.
