Provision Access Services

Access Services is new with SharePoint 2010 and, like its cousin Excel Services, which allows users to store Excel Workbooks within SharePoint, allows users to store an Access Database within SharePoint. Users can then view and manipulate the data within the database using any of the database's forms and reports directly within the browser, negating the need to have Access 2010 installed on the client machine. The resultant user experience is very similar to that of working directly with the Microsoft Access 2010 client application, but now the database is stored within SharePoint 2010.
