To use this companion CD, insert it into your CD-ROM drive. Accept the license agreement that is presented to access the Start menu. If AutoRun is not enabled on your system, run StartCD.exe in the root of the CD or refer to the Readme.txt file. The menu provides you with links to all the resources available on the CD and also to the Microsoft Learning Support Web site.
