Installing Updates with wusa

The Windows Update Standalone Installer (wusa) tool can be used to install updates on Windows 7 systems. This can be useful for computers that don’t have Internet access but need some specific updates, or when you want to install optional updates on systems. You can download the Microsoft update file (.msu) from a Microsoft site and then apply the .msu file to a system.

You can then install RSAT with the wusa command.
