Summary

In this hour, we walked through what it means to run SAP, including some of the basic project resources and timelines related to the realization phase of an SAP implementation project. We also explored SAP system access, user interfaces, and session basics. Finally, by walking through several commonly executed business scenarios, we wrapped some context around what we have studied so far. These fundamentals set the stage for many of the remaining hours in this book.
