Johan Varno is the Lead Architect for Tivoli Directory Integrator at the IBM Oslo Development Lab in Norway. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University in Oslo and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management. He has 24 years of experience in a variety of areas relating to network technologies, software development, and business development. Prior to working in IBM, Johan was cofounder and CTO of Metamerge.
