5.7. Autoprotect Settings

Fusion lets you take snapshots of your current Windows configuration so that, in the event of system problems (such as a virus infection or damage caused by installing new software) you can easily revert to an earlier state. (I discuss this later, in Save and Restore Your Windows State with Snapshots.)

AutoProtect automates the Snapshots feature by automatically saving snapshots at the interval you specify. You configure this feature in the AutoProtect pane of the Settings window (Figure 5-9).
